Tasting Highlights
While the hotel is decorated in a red and gold Christmas theme, the afternoon tea features a limited-edition Christmas parfait. It is topped with white chocolate in a teddy bear motif and made with juicy, sweet-tart deep red strawberries, a highlight of the season, along with rich chocolate.
Among the savories, a Noël sandwich made with plenty of crab is the recommended pick. Starting with this edition, scones are included, and the teaware has been refreshed with Wedgwood's "Wonderlust Fortune" series. The tea can be enjoyed with the seasonal SIROCCO TEA "WHITE CHRISTMAS," which carries the aroma of apple and cinnamon.
