Sagamiko Cherry Blossom Festival 2026 — 2,500 Sakura Trees in Bloom from March 20 to April 19

About 50 minutes from central Tokyo by car, the adventure resort Sagamiko MORI MORI (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa) is holding the "Sagamiko Cherry Blossom Festival" from March 20 (Friday/holiday) to April 19 (Sunday), 2026. Approximately 2,500 cherry trees bloom across the park grounds — one of the largest displays in the Kanto region — and cherry blossoms tend to open a little later here than in central Tokyo, extending the hanami season.

The festival runs from daytime thrill rides set against cherry blossom scenery all the way through to illuminated nighttime viewing.
