Starting March 2, 2026, T's Tantan — a vegan ramen restaurant that uses absolutely no animal-derived ingredients such as meat, seafood, eggs, or dairy — will be offering a limited-time item: the "Sakura-Colored Vegan TONKOTSU Ramen 2026." This year's version features even more vivid pink noodles and a sakura-shaped monaka topping, making the bowl a celebration of spring both visually and in flavor.

The ramen is built on a soy milk-based tonkotsu-style soup, balanced by the gentle sweetness of sweet potato paste and the refreshing peppery bite of wasabi greens (wasabi-na). Topping the bowl is a sakura-shaped monaka alongside the specially made vivid pink noodles, giving the dish a bright and festive spring appearance. Crispy wood ear mushrooms (kiikurage) add a satisfying textural accent throughout, and the soup is rich and satisfying right down to the last drop — all without any animal products.
Triple Flavor Change Experience
The bowl is designed to be enjoyed in three stages:
- First, savor the bowl as-is and enjoy the rich, creamy flavor of the plant-based tonkotsu soup.
- Next, stir in the sweet potato paste filling from the monaka for a mellower, gently sweet variation.
