A new limited-time drink is coming to 5 CROSSTIES COFFEE this spring. From March 17, 2026, the station cafe — operating under the brand concept "a cup of idea" — will offer the "Dolce Frappe Strawberry Rare Cheesecake" at all five of its Kanto locations.
Dolce Frappe Strawberry Rare Cheesecake
Developed as a "sophisticated drinkable sweets drink for adults," the new Dolce Frappe Strawberry Rare Cheesecake is a spring-season limited drink that captures the sweet-tangy flavor of strawberries.
The base features a cream cheese frappe and pudding inspired by rare cheesecake, layered with a strawberry sauce rich in fruit pulp. The top is finished with airy espuma cream and crunchy granola for a satisfying textural contrast.
From the very first sip, the rich cream cheese and the bittersweet strawberry create a harmonious combination that evokes the transition from winter to spring.
