Seibuen Amusement Park in Tokorozawa, Saitama, is holding "Seibuen Amusement Park Haikara Halloween," an event that lets visitors enjoy the excitement of Halloween while feeling the arrival of autumn. On Yuhi no Oka Shopping Street, a street full of Showa-era energy, the entertainment show "Haikara Halloween Parade," led by Tsuyako, the daughter of Aizawa Photograph Studio, takes place every day. The street is also decorated with a giant jack-o'-lantern photo spot and a large number of pumpkins ordered by Yaohachi, a greengrocer on the street.
Limited-time original foods, including the "Jet-Black Pumpkin Croquette," are also available. In addition, the park's "Autumn Rose Festival," timed for the roses that are in season in autumn, is held with a "sweets" theme, featuring a parfait-style photo spot called "Rose Sweet Parfait" made with roses that have appetizing names such as "Raspberry Macaron" and "Chocolate Brulee," along with a variety of other contents unique to Baraen, the rose garden.
Haikara Halloween Parade: A Guest-Participation Parade Led by Tsuyako
The "Haikara Halloween Parade" is a participatory entertainment show in which the shopping street's residents put on stylish costumes and march along Yuhi no Oka Shopping Street to pop sounds.

Yuhi no Oka Shopping Street Transforms for Halloween
With a Halloween theme, the shopping street's street lamps and shops are decorated in vivid green and purple Halloween colors, creating a Showa-era Halloween atmosphere. A giant jack-o'-lantern object greets visitors at the entrance to Yuhi no Oka Shopping Street. On top of that, a greengrocer who heard a rumor that "pumpkins sell well this time of year" placed a large order, and the many pumpkins add to the decorations along the street.

It is a photo spot exclusive to this event that makes full use of the charm of roses.
