Seibuen Amusement Park in Tokorozawa, Saitama, will host the "Spring Rose Festival 2026" from May 9 (Saturday) to June 14 (Sunday), 2026, during the peak blooming season of spring roses. In conjunction with the related collaboration event "Licca-chan Yuhi no Oka Ball at Seibuen Amusement Park," which begins on April 28 (Tuesday), the festival features a variety of installations celebrating the elegant world of Licca-chan (sold by Takara Tomy Co., Ltd.) and roses throughout the park.
Highlights include photo spots decorated with Licca-chan's favorite red roses, as well as a collaboration food item sold at the park's restaurant. Visitors can enjoy an experience that feels as though they are strolling through a rose garden alongside Licca-chan.

Rose Tower x Licca-chan

A striking Rose Tower featuring Licca-chan's favorite red roses will appear in the entrance area. The base is decorated with Licca-chan motifs, creating a special photo spot that offers a sense of extraordinary atmosphere.
White Garden x Licca-chan

In the White Garden at the center of the rose garden (Baraen), panels of Licca-chan in a gorgeous princess dress and her prince Haruto will be placed among the white-blooming roses. Visitors can take commemorative photos alongside the elegantly dressed characters.
English Garden x Licca-chan

The gazebo in the English Garden will be transformed into a Licca-chan-decorated photo spot, where visitors can enjoy photography surrounded by Licca-chan imagery.

A dessert plate centered on a cheese mousse inspired by Licca-chan's beloved red rose, with colorful toppings and a Licca-chan pick included.

Rose Letter Rally
The "Rose Letter Rally" is a rally-style attraction where visitors collect love letters inscribed with rose flower meanings in various colors. Those who collect all the flower meanings will receive a special prize.

Baraen Photo Contest (3rd Edition)
Tsuyako, the daughter of Aizawa Photograph Studio and also an ambassador for Seibuen Amusement Park, is hosting the third "Baraen Photo Contest" to celebrate the Spring Rose Festival 2026. Award recipients will receive special prizes.

Baraen Guide Tour

Seibuen Amusement Park's dedicated gardeners (Friends Crew) carefully tend the rose garden, adjusting the bloom timing for each variety. During the Baraen Guide Tour, a gardener will introduce the roses at their peak, explain each variety's features, and answer questions about cultivation.

Events by Yuhi no Oka Shopping Street Residents
Two events hosted by the residents of the shopping street will be held every Saturday during the festival period.

This ticket allows visitors who may not typically visit an amusement park or its attractions to casually enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere of Yuhi no Oka Shopping Street and the beautiful, fragrant roses.

Flower Water Basin with Rose Fragrance

Two flower water basins (hana-chozubachi) featuring roses from the Seibuen Amusement Park garden will be placed within the rose garden. The colorful flowers floating on the water create a soothing, photogenic space.
My Favorite Rose Election
"My Favorite Rose Election" is an event where visitors explore approximately 150 rose varieties with different bloom styles and colors, then vote for their personal favorite. After exploring the garden, visitors write their choice on a ballot slip in the "Omoide no Dai Kanransha Gondola Bench" and deposit it in the ballot box.
After the voting period ends, the rose with the most votes will have a special title added to its garden plate. In the autumn 2025 "Autumn Rose Festival," "Chardin de France Floribunda" took the top spot.

- How to participate: Write the rose variety name and your reason for choosing it, then deposit the ballot in the box inside the "Omoide no Dai Kanransha Gondola Bench."
- Results: The rose with the most votes will receive a title on its garden plate.
