Seven-Eleven Japan is adding a new springtime éclair to its lineup. The Quattro Strawberry Eclair (クワトロいちごエクレア) goes on sale at Seven-Eleven stores across Japan from April 21 (Tuesday), featuring four distinct strawberry elements in a single treat.

The éclair is built around four different strawberry ingredients that each bring a different texture or flavor. A crispy strawberry glaze, crunchy strawberry candy chips, and crumbly biscuit pieces sit on the outside, creating a layered, multi-textured bite.
Inside the pastry shell, two types of strawberry cream are piped in: a light, fluffy strawberry-milk cream made with condensed milk, and a richer, more intense cream packed with crushed frozen strawberries. Both creams fill the mouth with a sweet-tart strawberry flavor.
