Limited Item: Suica Penguin Chocolate SOBAP
This special SOBAP is made to look like the Suica Penguin. It expresses the penguin's adorable face and white belly, and it looks cute enough to pick up and admire.
It is recommended as a treat during a visit to Tokyo Station, a small reward for yourself, or a souvenir for someone special.
Cute Looks and the Taste of a SOBAP in One
SOBAP values the variety of flavors and the fun of picking up a palm-sized crepe. For this product, the design based on the Suica Penguin is expressed on the crepe.
The chocolate diplomat cream mixed with black cacao gives it a deep flavor, while the white chocolate adds sweetness and texture at the same time.
Its charm lies not only in the excitement of picking it up but also in a look that makes you want to take a photo. It adds a slightly different kind of fun to shopping at Tokyo Station.
It is sold in limited quantities, so it is worth trying while it is available.

About SOBAP
SOBAP is a specialty shop for palm-sized buckwheat crepes made with a batter of 100% buckwheat flour. Its lineup ranges from sweet to savory, including the much-talked-about Sugar Butter at ¥190 each. The shop offers items for a range of occasions, from everyday snacks to gifts for someone special, for visitors to Tokyo Station.

SOBAP sells about 20,000 of its buckwheat crepes a month.
From the brand name, design concept, and store design to menu development and packaging, every detail of the shop is supervised by Chef Ryota Hirako (平子良太), known for "I'm donut ?" and アマムダコタン.
Inspired by its location inside GRANSTA TOKYO in JR Tokyo Station, the store has a refined design built around the keyword "TOKYO." The name and logo, which evoke a palm-sized buckwheat crepe, also reflect careful attention to detail.

The menu also draws on the chef's ideas. Alongside classic flavors, SOBAP offers about 18 distinctive flavors (the lineup varies by time of year), including unexpected ingredient combinations and arrangements that resemble a plated dish.
