Starting Friday, October 9, 2026, all six SUNRISE WORLD stores — TOKYO, YOKOHAMA, HAKATA, KYOTO, SENDAI, and KOSHIGAYA — will hold "SUNRISE WORLD – Deformed Robot Fair – Vol. 3," organized by Bandai Namco Filmworks, with cooperation from Bandai Co., Ltd. The fair spotlights deformed versions of six featured picks: Ideon (from Space Runaway Ideon), Dougram (from Fang of the Sun Dougram), Double Zeta Gundam (from Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ), Busou Gattai Fighbird (武装合体ファイバード, from Brave Fighter of Sun Fighbird), Asurada G.S.X and Hayato Kazami (from Future GPX Cyber Formula), and Guren Mk-II (from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion).

This is the third installment of the Deformed Robot Fair series, following two well-received earlier rounds. Once again, original new goods are illustrated by Koji Yokoi with deformed designs of the six featured titles. Alongside the fair, new merchandise for Bkub Okawa's web manga IP Police Tsuzuki-chan will also go on sale.
As a purchase bonus, every ¥3,000 (tax included) spent in a single transaction at the merchandise corner earns customers a random reproduction mini shikishi (autograph board) featuring original artwork by the participating creators. New shikishi designs joining the lineup are for three titles celebrating anniversaries this year: Saikyo Robo Daiohja (45th anniversary), Future GPX Cyber Formula (35th anniversary), and Yusha Shirei Dagwon (30th anniversary), illustrated respectively by Kunio Okawara, Takahiro Yoshimatsu, and Takahiro Yamada — designs available only at SUNRISE WORLD.

How to Purchase
Please review the purchase conditions and method below carefully. Purchases for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
Customers wishing to buy must line up at the entrance of Bandai Namco Cross Store Tokyo between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM. Please do not form a line before 11:30 AM.
Staff will ask customers in line by 12:00 PM which item they would like, in order, and issue a purchase lottery ticket for that item. At that point, a simple quiz will be given in Japanese, and a lottery ticket will only be issued to those who answer correctly. Only the purchaser themselves may answer; answers given on someone else's behalf will not be accepted. If anyone is seen filming the quiz being administered, sales will be halted immediately.
Lottery results will be announced around 2:00 PM at the store and on the official SUNRISE WORLD X account, and winning customers may then complete their purchase. Orders not completed that same day will be canceled, and any resulting availability will be announced at a later date.
- Purchase limit: one item per title, per transaction.
- Duplicating or transferring purchase lottery tickets is strictly prohibited.
- Example: if you entered for items A, B, and C but only won the lottery for A and C, you may purchase A and C.
- No lottery tickets will be issued after 12:01 PM.
- Depending on availability, the item may also be sold later through an online store; any such sale will be announced on the official SUNRISE WORLD X account.
Purchase Bonus: Reproduction Mini Shikishi

At the merchandise corner, every ¥3,000 (tax included) spent in a single transaction earns customers one random reproduction mini shikishi featuring original artwork from the participating creators.
The bonus ends once supplies run out, and the cafe corner is not eligible. The mini shikishi currently being distributed as a purchase bonus at all six stores will end on Wednesday, October 7.
Special Talk Feature
To mark the fair and the new merchandise release, a special talk feature between Koji Yokoi and Bkub Okawa has been produced. It is scheduled to be published starting September 25 on the SUNRISE WORLD website, the official GUNDAM website, and elsewhere.
