Sunshine City Prince Hotel Serves a Limited-Time Tatsuuma Honke Shuzo Collaboration Kaiseki Course at Washoku Musashino

Sunshine City Prince Hotel in Higashi-Ikebukuro, Tokyo, will offer a special kaiseki course created in collaboration with Tatsuuma Honke Shuzo (辰馬本家酒造) at its Japanese restaurant Washoku Musashino (和食 むさし野) for a limited time, from Friday, October 2 to Saturday, October 24, 2026. The course was previously served at "酒感楽飯 Savor the moment, Sense the sake.", a restaurant event that pairs the hotel's cuisine with sake from across Japan.

A Seven-Dish Kaiseki Course Featuring Hyogo Ingredients

During the period, Washoku Musashino head chef 齋木孝則 prepares a seven-dish kaiseki course that uses ingredients nurtured by the rich natural environment of Hyogo and carefully brings out the natural flavor of each one. The dishes combine flavors typical of Hyogo with autumn seasonal touches, and are served with sake for guests to enjoy the "appetite for autumn" season.
