Guests dine amid sparkling night views from 100 meters above the ground. The meal starts with an assorted plate of five appetizers and moves on to a pasta made with snow crab, a pan-seared beef sirloin main dish, and an assortment of desserts, all prepared by the chef. More than 30 kinds of drinks are available, including sparkling wine and a wide range of cocktails. "Starry Night" — ¥12,000
The colorful appetizer plate lets diners taste a small portion of each of the chef's recommended items. The pasta is fedelini with seasonal snow crab and savoy cabbage, with karasumi (bottarga) adding a rich accent. The main dish is a "pan-seared beef sirloin" (牛サーロインのポワレ), cooked until fragrant and juicy and served with riche gravy sauce, which adds depth and umami. The meal ends with an assortment of desserts made by the hotel's pastry chef, including cakes and sorbet featuring seasonal fruit.
The free-flow drinks come in a wide variety. They pair with the dishes, which are substantial enough to be enjoyed as a full meal, and the selection also includes low-alcohol drinks and mocktails, so guests who do not drink much alcohol can join in comfortably.
