Akindo Sushiro Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Suita City, Osaka; President: Kohei Nii) announces a first-time collaboration with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders from the popular series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, scheduled to begin on February 4, 2026 (Wednesday) at all Sushiro locations nationwide. The series' seventh part anime is set to begin streaming in March 2026.
This collaboration was realized from Sushiro's desire to provide content that can be enjoyed alongside sushi, bringing together the distinctive world of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure that has captivated numerous fans both domestically and internationally.
The collaboration features products with exclusive original merchandise of appearing characters.
Collaboration Pick Menu Items
Two sushi menu items come with collaboration-exclusive picks. The first is Grilled Salmon with Spicy Cod Roe and Mayo, where the umami of salmon meets the spiciness and saltiness of spicy cod roe, layered with the richness of mayo and the fragrant grilled flavor. The second is Premium Tuna Comparison, offering a taste comparison between one piece showcasing the characteristic aroma and umami of bigeye tuna and another marinated piece prepared with Sushiro's original simmered soy sauce for an elegant flavor.
The Fried Potatoes with Melted Cheese, which comes with a collaboration-exclusive sticker, is fried fresh in-store for a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. The melted cheese sauce adds richness for a deeper taste experience.
Customers who order the Recommended Colorful 5-Piece Platter with collaboration-exclusive travel stickers can also enter a lottery to win collaboration-exclusive life-size Iggy panels. Soft drinks with collaboration-exclusive plates and SNS campaigns are also available.
Additionally, four stores—Akihabara Chuo-dori Store (Tokyo), Namba Amza Store (Osaka), Sendai Ichibancho Store (Miyagi), and Sannomiya Ikuta Road Store (Hyogo)—will be transformed into special collaboration stores where visitors can enjoy the world of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Furthermore, at select stores equipped with the large touch display "Digiro," customers can enjoy collaboration-exclusive content called "JoJo Mode."

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a manga series by Hirohiko Araki that began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) in the combined issue 1-2 of 1987. Depicting themes of human praise through bonds with companions and death battles with powerful enemies using distinctive expression methods, the series has recorded total circulation of over 120 million copies*.
