Miyako Hotel Amagasaki (located at 2-7-1 Showa-dori, Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture) will offer traditional Eho-maki sushi rolls from their Japanese restaurant Tsunokuni for two days only, February 2 (Monday) and February 3 (Tuesday), 2026.
The Eho-maki features a luxurious combination of vibrant ingredients including snow crab, shrimp, conger eel, shiitake mushrooms, and rolled omelet, all wrapped in premium seaweed. The harmonious flavors make it a perfect choice for celebrating Setsubun and wishing for good fortune.
Additionally, guests can enjoy the "Unagi Yanagawa Maki," which combines eel and egg with the aromatic flavors of burdock and mitsuba (Japanese wild parsley). A two-roll set is also available for those who want to compare both varieties.
