(headquartered in Tokyo), are teaming up with Sylvanian Families for a special collaboration, "Sylvanian Families in BOOK HOTEL - Jimbocho & Kyoto Kujo -," running from September 5, 2026 (Saturday), with cooperation from Epoch Co., Ltd.
Collaboration Overview
The collaboration centers on a special stay at BOOK HOTEL themed around Sylvanian Families, built on a sense of "warmth" that both the toy series and the hotel brand share, giving guests a relaxed, unhurried stretch of time. Original goods and cafe menu items designed to make reading time even more special will also be available.
Overnight stays are limited to guests with a reservation, but the merchandise and cafe menu can be enjoyed by non-staying visitors as well.

Sylvanian Families dioramas will be set up at the front desk, in the lobby, and on each floor of both hotels.
Collaboration Rooms (2 Rooms at Jimbocho / 3 Rooms at Kyoto Kujo) — Reserved for Overnight Guests
Beyond the regular dioramas, an original diorama depicting Sylvanian Families characters gathered together has been specially created just for the collaboration rooms. Guests staying in these rooms receive a limited "Baby Collection" figure set and an original book cover and bookmark set as a gift.
Merchandise and Cafe Menu
A cafe menu designed to make reading time even more special will be available. Guests who order a drink receive a bookmark, and those who order a snack set receive a book cover.
