Yuji Takahashi, Pastry Chef
Chef Takahashi, who loved making things since childhood, dove into the infinite world of confectionery. After graduating from culinary school, he spent five years at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu learning the fundamentals of bread and pastry making. He later worked as Junior Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. Since May 2017, he has served as Pastry Chef at The Strings Omotesando, creating entertaining sweets that everyone can enjoy, focusing not only on seasonal and ingredient flavors but also on form and silhouette, with careful attention to tableware selection.
