Hotel Metropolitan's popular buffet restaurant, All Day Dining "Crossdine," will host the "Spring Festival Buffet" from March 2 (Monday) to March 13 (Friday), 2026, followed by the enhanced "Spring Vacation Buffet" from March 14 (Saturday) to April 5 (Sunday) during the spring break period.

Specialist chefs from Japanese, Western, Chinese, and pastry departments showcase their skills with the concept of "Enjoy Spring Ingredients," preparing dishes that celebrate the arrival of spring. Spring Festival Buffet & Spring Vacation Buffet

We introduce three recommended Western cuisine dishes. First is "Zarzuela," a Catalonian regional dish featuring various seafood simmered in a rich tomato base—luxurious and intensely flavorful. Enjoy it with bread or your favorite drink. Second is "Chicken Milanese Milan-style," a chicken dish fried with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmigiano-Reggiano and parsley.
