The Uza Terrace Beach Club Villas, a private pool villa resort in Yomitan, Okinawa, is holding a spring harvest festival on March 21 and 22, 2026. The event celebrates the bounty of "Our Farm," the hotel's on-site organic farm, where vegetables, herbs, and fruit are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

"Our Farm" follows a natural farming approach, cultivating seasonal produce with care and without the use of agrochemicals. The farm's harvest is used in the hotel's restaurant dishes, drinks, and spa treatments. This spring, a wide variety of vegetables and herbs have reached their peak, making it the perfect time to hold a harvest celebration.

During the two-day festival, guests can experience harvesting produce directly from the farm and enjoy an aperitif spread featuring farm-grown ingredients. Highlights include a buffet of pizzas, canapés, and pinchos made with fresh farm vegetables, the option to grill harvested vegetables yourself, and an original craft beer brewed using wheat from "Our Farm."

While The Uza Terrace Beach Club Villas normally limits access to hotel guests only, the spring harvest festival is open to guests staying at other Terrace Hotels properties as well.
