Tinder has collaborated with Paris-based fashion brand EGONLAB to launch a capsule collection titled "LOVE WILL NOT TEAR US APART" in conjunction with Paris Fashion Week Menswear 2026-27 Fall/Winter.
Through this artistic charity initiative, the project supports Safe Place, a French NGO dedicated to combating all forms of domination and violence against women and LGBTQIA+ communities, providing dialogue spaces and awareness activities to address social issues.
The collection was unveiled on January 21, 2026, at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. Conceived as a manifesto centered on emotion and aesthetics, the project celebrates self-love, love for others, and the unifying power of love as resistance against a world where exclusion, violence, and power structures seek to tear people apart.
French top fashion influencer Lena Situations, who advocates for a more tolerant society from a diverse background, attended the event and helped amplify the initiative's message.
"LOVE WILL NOT TEAR US APART" — A Message Beyond a Capsule Collection
For Tinder and EGONLAB, love is not merely a theme but a force that drives society. The capsule's tagline, "LOVE WILL NOT TEAR US APART," carries a powerful message: by embracing and affirming love as one's own, it becomes a force that connects, protects, elevates, and regenerates people rather than dividing them. This love extends outward, creating a space of solidarity where everyone can exist safely, accepted, and as their authentic selves.
The capsule collection consists of four pieces, expressing the progression of personal psychological states—from initial rupture to reconciliation with self—as fragments of an internal narrative:
Hybrid T-Shirt
The starting point of the collection. It expresses the visualization of difference, discomfort with assigned roles, and the declaration of non-conformity. The grunge-inspired design symbolizes the alienation experienced when identity wavers and is placed in a liminal state. This represents the beginning of a process toward self-awareness—a journey that can be long and painful, continuing until one can finally look at oneself in the mirror as a friend.
Hoodie
Inheriting the same concept as the Hybrid T-Shirt's message, this piece symbolizes a protected space and a sanctuary for the heart.
Heart-Shaped Ring
A ring symbolizing solidarity with oneself. It represents an intimate pledge to oneself, expressing the stance of recognizing the self not through tension or separation but as an indivisible whole, accepting flaws not as weaknesses but as foundations for self-reconstruction.
Special Piece by Maison Février's Couture Atelier
The culminating item of the collection. Created by hand-assembling natural feathers one by one, this piece expresses the tartan pattern characteristic of EGONLAB's aesthetic. Symbolizing ultimate rebirth and elevation, the material carries angelic nuances, depicting skin no longer as protection from the world but as armor to face the world with new autonomous subjectivity.
Charity Partnership — 30% of Sales to NGO Safe Place
This collaboration extends beyond artistic expression: 30% of capsule collection sales will be donated to the NGO Safe Place. Safe Place provides awareness activities on consent and equality for young people while facing discrimination and violence daily, offering support resources for victims of harassment, gender-based violence, sexual violence, and discrimination against LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Collection "LAZARUS" Themed on Creative Rebirth
The capsule collection is part of EGONLAB's "LAZARUS" collection. "LAZARUS" is expressed through EGONLAB's unique perspective, themed on creative rebirth, liberation from norms, and the construction of an autonomous self. The collection depicts the process of "rebirth"—raising oneself again as a subject while opposing the forces of uniformity and conformity pressure in modern society. It is also an act of consciously and actively reclaiming oneself. Each item comprising "LAZARUS" functions as an act of self-liberation, becoming a manifesto that can be worn to reclaim one's identity.
About Capsule Collection Sales Date
The hoodie and ring will be available for purchase in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis from January 21, 2026, on the EGONLAB official website. Other items are scheduled for release on the same site in July to August 2026, coinciding with the "Lazarus" collection.
