From June 1 to August 31, 2026, TOTTEI PARK in Kobe's waterfront district brings a summer makeover to its popular climbable illumination on the "Green Hill." Titled TOTTEI PARK Illumi Night SUMMER - KOBE MARINE BLUE, the event replaces the usual light palette with shades of marine blue, deep blue, and emerald green — colors meant to evoke the shimmering surface of a summer sea.
Those who climb the Green Hill find themselves surrounded by the glow on all sides, creating the feeling of riding a wave through a brilliant, sparkling sea of light.
Kobe Port Weekend Fireworks
During the illumination period, the Kobe Port Weekend Fireworks will be launched nearby. TOTTEI PARK provides an excellent viewpoint for watching the fireworks alongside the city's night skyline.

Craft Beer and BBQ
TOTTEI PARK also features TOTTEI Brewery, a taproom where visitors can sample freshly brewed craft beer made on the premises, and EN³ TOTTEI BBQ, which offers a hands-free BBQ setup that accepts same-day walk-in reservations.
A lawn area sits right alongside both venues, welcoming families with children and guests with pets. It makes for a relaxed evening combining good food, cold beer, illuminations, and a fireworks display — all in one spot.
