Cacao-blend chocolate (55% cacao, using beans from Ecuador and Ghana) is sandwiched between crispily baked tuile cookies for a satisfying crunchy texture. The cookie dough uses homemade natural cocoa powder that has not been alkalized, bringing out the gentle acidity and sweetness of the cacao itself.
Two varieties are available: "Orange Chocolat," featuring the refreshing fragrance of orange peel, and "Nuts Chocolat," with the aroma and texture of almonds and hazelnuts.

Orange peel is mixed into the cookie dough, spreading a refreshing, summery fragrance. The fruity acidity of orange pairs beautifully with the 55% cacao bitter chocolate, leaving a clean, not-too-sweet finish.
Contains spirits for flavoring.

"Tuile Sand Nuts Chocolat"
Almonds and hazelnuts are mixed into the tuile cookie dough, which is then used to sandwich chocolate for a fragrant, crunchy bite. The nuttiness and texture enhance the flavor of the 55% cacao bitter chocolate.
Classic Chocolat (2 pieces)

A cup cake made with 55% cacao chocolate (Ecuador and Ghana blend) and homemade natural cocoa powder. Careful attention to ingredients and baking time produces a moist texture that practically invites you to eat it with a spoon. About VANILLABEANS

VANILLABEANS (バニラビーンズ) is a Yokohama-born craft chocolate specialty shop founded in 2000, starting with online sales. Today it operates several café-equipped stores centered around Yokohama Minato Mirai.
The brand has also been committed to sustainability for many years. It currently runs the "Cacao Forest Project" in Ecuador, supporting cacao planting and cultivation. Between 2024 and 2026, the project aims to provide approximately 9,500 cacao seedlings to young farmers establishing their first farms, supporting sustainable cacao production. A portion of VANILLABEANS product sales is allocated to aid young cacao farmers in difficult economic circumstances; after approximately three years of cultivation and harvest, the goal is to process the harvested beans into chocolate in Japan and offer "Farm to Bar" products.
