Yoshinogari Hikari no Hibiki 2025 - Illumination Event at Yoshinogari Historical Park

Yoshinogari Historical Park in Saga Prefecture will host its 14th annual "Yoshinogari Hikari no Hibiki (Light Resonance)" illumination event for six nights from November 29 to December 14, 2025.

The event features thousands of candle lanterns forming elaborate light displays across the park's Southern Inner Enclosure, illuminated reconstructions of Yayoi period buildings, and a hot air balloon "Night Glow" spectacle where burner flames light up the night sky. Evening admission costs just 280 yen for adults, with traditional magatama bead-making workshops and special food offerings available.

Candle Lantern Light Displays

The Southern Inner Enclosure, surrounded by ancient-style fences and moats, transforms into a mystical scene with thousands of candle lanterns creating ground patterns. Illuminated reconstructed buildings from the Yayoi period add to the historical atmosphere.

Hot Air Balloon "Night Glow"

At the Southern Village area, hot air balloons are tethered and illuminated from within by burner flames, creating a dramatic contrast against the night sky.

Workshops and Dining

Traditional magatama bead-making workshops remain open through evening hours. The park restaurant offers limited special menu items, with additional food options from catering vendors.
