Afternoon Tea LIVING (アフタヌーンティー・リビング), a lifestyle brand, will release collaboration items with illustrator Yumi Kitagishi on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Kitagishi's illustrations are known for their warm colors and brush touches. The items will be sold at Afternoon Tea LIVING stores nationwide and on the Afternoon Tea official online store.
This year's collection expresses the cheerful moment of preparing little by little to welcome a happy Christmas. Adorable animals, cakes, teacups, stamps and other motifs that decorate Christmas are scattered across a playful world. The lineup includes a wreath with mascots and a tree-shaped plate filled with fine design and playful touches, as well as plush toys and mini towels that suit Christmas gifts.
To mark the release, special events are also planned. A limited novelty featuring Christmas art by Yumi Kitagishi will be offered, and some stores will display her original artwork, which the product designs are based on. Original Can Badge Set
Customers who spend ¥4,000 or more (tax included) on items including the Yumi Kitagishi collaboration items will receive an original can badge set (not for sale) with a Christmas art design. The gift ends when supplies run out.

Custom Can Badge at Two Stores
At two stores only, customers who spend ¥4,000 or more (tax included) on items including the Yumi Kitagishi collaboration items can receive a custom can badge (not for sale). Choose one design from six types of art and decorate it freely with sequins and stickers. The finished badge can be taken home as is.

From October 28 (Wed), seasonal wrapping will be available, including tag cards featuring Yumi Kitagishi's art, shoppers and paper bags decorated with Afternoon Tea's original tartan, and wrapping with a red ribbon. In addition, from December 2 (Wed), customers who buy a gift will receive a message card featuring Kitagishi's art on a first-come basis. The wrapping is meant to make gifts for loved ones look more festive and memorable.

Original Art Exhibition and Special Decorations
Yumi Kitagishi's original artwork, on which the product designs of this collection are based, will be displayed for a limited time at Atre Kichijoji and Whity Umeda. Visitors can enjoy the world of the collaboration alongside the original works, which can be seen only here.

About Yumi Kitagishi
Yumi Kitagishi is an illustrator and picture-book author. After studying graphic design and working at a design office, she became an illustrator. She is said to have loved drawing since childhood, and her works are known for touches that convey the warmth of the hand and a rich sense of color. Each work featuring charming characters holds a story, opening up a world like a picture book. She currently presents original works at solo exhibitions and also actively works on collaborations with companies in Japan and overseas.
Her books include 『もぐらちゃんのハロウィン』 (Hakusensha) and 『もうすぐクリスマス』 (Hakusensha).
