Alessi has a new series of pet tableware. "Itsumo Pet Yunoki Ware" (イツモ・ペット・ユノキウェア) is a collection of water bowls, food bowls and food mats for cats and dogs, born from a collaboration between product designer Naoto Fukasawa (深澤直人) and dyeing artist Samiro Yunoki (柚木沙弥郎). It goes on early release at the ALESSI JAPAN official online store on October 5, 2026, and at ALESSI STORE TOKYO on October 9, 2026.
Design Concept
The "Itsumo Pet Yunoki Ware" series aims to deepen the emotional bond with pets as members of the family and to reframe mealtime as an act of "care."
Positioned as an extension of the Itsumo Yunoki (イツモ・ユノキ) series, it aims to design a "shared living space" that respects the needs of both people and pets, giving form to a sense of unity as a family and to affection that looks out for one another.
About the Series
The series is made from abundant naturally derived materials such as clay and water, using sustainable materials with a low environmental impact.
The blue decoration not only pleases human eyes but is also color-designed to stay within the range of colors that dogs and cats can perceive, creating a point of shared perception with pets.
Itsumo Pet Yunoki Ware Dog Water Bowl (Large), Dog Food Bowl (Large) and Pet Food Mat (Large)
Itsumo Pet Yunoki Ware Cat Water Bowl, Cat Food Bowl and Pet Food Mat
Cat Bowls
The cat bowls have a shallow, wide-mouthed shape so that a cat's delicate whiskers do not touch the rim of the bowl.
Dog Bowls
The dog bowls come in two sizes, one for small dogs and one for medium to large dogs. With a wide base and ample thickness, they offer excellent stability and durability.
Two openings in the base let the bowl be lifted without touching the inside, making for a hygienic and easy-to-handle structure.
Food Mats
The silicone food mats come in two sizes. They keep the bowls from sliding sideways, and they complete a reassuring dining spot for pets that blends into the interior.
