Japanese confectionery brand FRANÇAIS (フランセ), operated by Sucrey Co., Ltd., is launching two new limited-edition seasonal sweets: "Fruit-Filled Tuile Sandwich (Lemon)" and "Fruit-Filled Tuile Sandwich Assortment." Both go on sale from Friday, April 24, 2026.
Light, Fruity Tuile Sandwiches Perfect for Early Summer
Each tuile sandwich features a light, crispy tuile shell with almond dice on the surface, filled with fruit-flavored chocolate — a treat that brings a hint of early summer to the season.
Fruit-Filled Tuile Sandwich (Strawberry)
The tuile shell is made with fermented butter (91% fermented butter content) and strawberry paste, then baked until light and airy. Inside is a chocolate filling made with Amao strawberry powder (32% Amao strawberry content). One bite releases the vivid, floral aroma of strawberry alongside a gentle sweetness and well-balanced acidity.
Fruit-Filled Tuile Sandwich (Lemon)
This version uses Sicilian lemon (35% Sicilian lemon content) and fermented butter to create the tuile shell. The filling is a lemon-flavored chocolate. The moment you bite in, a refreshing citrus tartness spreads across the palate.
These two flavors are also available as an assortment set.
