Autumn Colors on the Mountainside at Mt. Amari

Mt. Amari, at an elevation of about 1,700 meters, is a scenic mountain spot in Nirasaki with views over Mt. Fuji and the Kofu Basin. In autumn, the trees on the surrounding mountains turn red and yellow, and the golden leaves of the larch trees are another highlight. From Amariyama Parking Lot to the summit is about a 30-minute walk, so visitors can enjoy the seasonal scenery while walking through nature.
