The new "All-You-Can-Eat Oyster Plan" allows guests to savor fresh oysters from Mie Prefecture in two cooking styles - aromatic "grilled" and plump, juicy "steamed" - for one hour without limits.
The stores provide 10 types of seasonings (rotating daily and seasonally), and both seasonings and beverages can be brought from home, allowing guests to pursue their own ultimate flavor combinations with favorite alcohols and spices.
