A multi-theme cycling event, "Bank Ride Festa in Matsusaka Keirin 2026," is scheduled to take place at Matsusaka Keirin (Matsusaka Velodrome) on Sunday, March 29, 2026. The event is organized by Matsusaka City and planned and operated by JPF Co., Ltd. Admission is free.
JPF Co., Ltd. has been promoting cycling as a sport under the slogan "Making cycling a major sport," working to help beginners and children discover and enjoy the sport through venues it manages across Japan. The "Bank Ride Festa" series is part of those efforts — a cycling-themed multi-event staged on the banked tracks of velodromes normally used for keirin racing. This is the third edition of the event, following the first held at Matsusaka Velodrome in July 2024 and the second at Nagoya Velodrome in March 2025.
On the day, attendees can look forward to a variety of activities, including test rides on the latest bikes, a beginner's class, an MTB/BMX experience, a special guest talk show, and booths for kids and food.
