Upon arrival, specialized staff with nursing and hot spring usage instructor qualifications conduct health measurements that visualize vital data (autonomic nervous system balance, stress levels, blood pressure, vascular age, etc.) and symptom questionnaires to assess your current physical and mental state.
Based on these results, staff provide personalized recommendations for the best spring water quality and bathing methods for your individual needs. The same measurements are conducted at checkout to show numerical improvements achieved during your stay.
