Almond florentine, infused with cassis juice and chestnut aroma and baked until fragrant, and butter sablé sandwich a melt-in-your-mouth chestnut caramel that concentrates the rich flavors of milk chocolate and chestnut.
The carefully simmered chestnut caramel features the chestnut's natural mellow sweetness and rich aroma. Layered with almond florentine that adds the bright tartness and fruitiness of cassis juice, it offers a flavor full of surprise and harmony, where their individual characters resonate with each other.
