First-Ever Silver Week Buffet Comes to Shibuya's Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, with Tableside Roast Beef and Fresh Mont Blanc

Garden Kitchen Caramelo (LBF) at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Shin-ichi Yoshioka) is holding its first-ever "Caramelo Silver Week Buffet" from Saturday, September 19 to Wednesday, September 23 (a national holiday), 2026 — a buffet designed for all three generations of a family, from young children to grandparents, to enjoy together.

Alongside a colorful lineup of dishes and sweets, the live kitchen serves menu items finished right in front of guests by the chef. Together with the aroma, sound, and lively atmosphere that only fresh-cooked food can offer, the buffet promises a special moment enjoyed with all five senses. Whether gathering with family and friends or celebrating Respect for the Aged Day over a meal with three generations, it's an invitation to make cheerful autumn memories together.

Menu Highlights

Roast Beef with Mashed Potatoes Draws Out the Rich Flavor of Domestic Beef

Domestic beef is slow-cooked at low temperature to bring out a moist, tender texture and concentrated flavor. The chef carves the roast beef tableside and serves each portion individually. Smooth, carefully strained mashed potatoes further highlight the roast beef's rich flavor.

Pizza Capricciosa, Baked to Order in a Dedicated Pizza Oven

A Roman-style thin-crust pizza baked to a fragrant finish in a dedicated pizza oven. The light, airy dough is topped with a colorful mix of basil, mozzarella, bacon, shrimp, and more before baking, letting guests enjoy the rich flavor of the ingredients and cheese in a dish best served straight from the oven.

Fresh Mont Blanc, Piped to Order in Front of Guests

Chestnut paste is generously piped over vanilla ice cream and finished by hand for each guest — a live dessert that's a highlight of this Silver Week buffet. Enjoy the rich chestnut flavor and smooth texture that only fresh preparation can deliver, in a dish that adds a festive touch to the end of the meal.

Beyond these, the buffet also offers hot dishes built around seasonal ingredients, including seasonal appetizers, ginger-roasted pork with a sweet-and-sour apple sauce, and matsutake mushroom and chestnut rice cooked in a casserole. Kid-friendly options such as mild curry rice and fried shrimp are also on the menu, so the whole family can enjoy the meal with ease.

With its garden view and seating for up to 115 guests, Garden Kitchen Caramelo is holding this quality buffet for the first time as a way to spend a heartwarming Silver Week together.
