Garden Kitchen "Caramelo" is an all-day dining restaurant with the theme of "delicious food anytime, casually." It offers a wide range of menus including authentic Italian, Western cuisine, and Japanese dishes, alongside warm hotel service.
Live Kitchen Highlights
One of the main attractions of this buffet is the live kitchen corner. Chefs will serve Roast Beef with Mashed Potatoes, prepared through careful low-temperature cooking that maximizes the natural flavors of premium beef. The result is a tender, juicy dish with rich depth of flavor.
Also featured is Pizza Capricciosa in a Roman-style thin crust — light in texture with a harmonious blend of carefully selected toppings and melted cheese. Additional live kitchen offerings include Chef's Recommended Pasta and Acqua Pazza en Papillote, freshly prepared and served on the spot, making the experience interactive and engaging.
