When Reservations Open
- Tickets for entry from opening through the 12:30 PM slot: Reservations open at 7:00 PM the day before.
- Tickets for the 1:00 PM slot and later: Reservations open 1 hour before each slot. For example, reservations for the 1:00 PM slot open at 12:00 PM.
Ticket Validity
For example, a ticket for the 1:00 PM entry slot becomes invalid at 2:00 PM.
Important Notes
- When applying, visitors must enter a name written exactly as it appears on their ID.
- ID will be checked at entry. Visitors without ID cannot enter.
- Entry will be refused if any of the following violations is found:
- The same person entering more than once during the event period
- Transferring or reselling tickets
- Entering with a screenshot of a ticket
- The store operates on a complete turnover system every 30 minutes.
- One ticket admits one person only. Children of elementary school age or younger, as well as caregivers, may enter as companions, but companions cannot purchase items subject to quantity limits.
- One ticket allows one checkout. Re-entry and multiple checkouts are not accepted.
- The ticket does not guarantee the purchase of products on sale.
- In each slot, visitors will be guided in the order they queued. Depending on stock levels, guidance may switch to ticket number order.
- If business hours change because of weather or a disaster, tickets will not be exchanged.
- Entry may be invalidated for visitors who do not follow the instructions of the event staff.
