CHUMS has released a new reversible series called PERTEX. The lineup uses "PERTEX UNLIMITED®," a fabric from PERTEX, a high-performance fabric brand known for its windproof and water-repellent qualities.
Reversible Series Made with PERTEX UNLIMITED®
The outer fabric is PERTEX UNLIMITED® from PERTEX, a high-performance fabric brand born in the United Kingdom. The material is lightweight, windproof and water-repellent, yet has a soft, cotton-like feel. It offers the functionality needed in outdoor settings while remaining easy to work into everyday outfits.
The reverse side is a fleece made with recycled polyester, which feels fluffy against the skin and is warm to wear.
The reversible design is a key part of the appeal. One side is sporty-looking nylon, and the other is warm-looking fleece, so wearers can enjoy two different looks. Switching sides to suit the mood or styling of the day widens the range of outfits a single piece can offer.
The series suits outdoor activities, and it is also easy to wear for walks around town and everyday outings.

About CHUMS
CHUMS was founded by a river guide on the Colorado River in Utah, USA. Troubled by sunglasses falling into the river while rafting, the founder developed a sunglasses strap, which became the brand's first product, the CHUMS Original Retainer. After establishing a factory in Hurricane, Utah, the brand introduced its mascot, the Booby Bird, and began offering apparel made with sweatshirt material. For more than 40 years since, CHUMS has continued to turn everyday "I wish there were an item like this" ideas into products.
