Converse is set to launch the ONE STAR SUEDE MULE on May 15, 2026, through the Converse Official Online Shop and participating retailers. The new silhouette is a pattern rearrangement of the brand's storied One Star model, reinterpreted as a minimalist backless shoe.
The design brings together two distinct qualities: the polished appearance the One Star has always been known for and the effortless comfort of a sandal-style shoe. Without laces to tie, the mule is easy to slip on and off, while the upper retains the dignified look of the original sneaker. The suede upper keeps the premium feel of the classic, making it wearable as a daily driver without feeling overdressed.
Three colorways are available: a fresh Off White, a vacation-ready Brown, and an urban Black Monochrome. The insole features a dual-layer construction combining high-density urethane foam and E.V.A. for reliable cushioning throughout the day.
