For the third installment, Bar19 on the hotel's top floor (19th floor) is serving a new cocktail, "MOON LIGHT VEIL."
A Cocktail Inspired by the Full Moon Over Osaka
The third cocktail in the series takes its inspiration from the full moon and clouds floating over the Osaka night sky.
An egg liqueur in a hue reminiscent of the full moon forms the base, shaken together with fig liqueur and dark rum before being poured over a round ice cube. The glass is finished with cotton candy shaped like a cloud along its rim. The drink carries custard-like notes layered with the aroma of dark rum, and letting the cotton candy melt in adds extra sweetness, turning it into a more dessert-like cocktail as it's enjoyed.
