Dorsett by Agora Osaka Sakai, a 321-room hotel situated along the Sakai Old Port waterfront, is set to celebrate its first anniversary on March 25, 2026. To mark the occasion, the hotel is opening a new restaurant and launching a "Bayside Afternoon Tea" limited to 30 servings per day.
New Restaurant with a Bayside View
The new restaurant at Dorsett by Agora Osaka Sakai specializes in breakfast and afternoon tea, offering open views of Sakai Old Port. The space welcomes both hotel guests and day visitors, providing a relaxed and upscale setting by the sea.
Bayside Afternoon Tea – Limited to 30 Servings per Day

The "Bayside Afternoon Tea" features strawberry sweets, egg tarts, almond tofu, and a variety of other Asian-inspired sweets and savories presented on a three-tier stand. The tea selection includes blends rooted in Hong Kong – the birthplace of the Dorsett brand – as well as Keemun, one of the world's three great teas, all available as free-flow throughout the session. The menu theme changes seasonally, giving returning guests new flavors to look forward to each visit.

A playful "secret sweet" is also part of the lineup – the contents only revealed when the lid is lifted, adding an element of surprise to the experience.
