A wine course titled "Find Your Favorite Wine: Rosé & Orange Wine Edition" is set to take place on Tuesday, April 21, from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM (doors open at 6:45 PM) at Blooming Kitchen on the 3rd floor of JAM BASE in Grand Green Osaka North Building. The course is led by a sommelier from f winery, the urban winery operated by Felissimo in Kobe's waterfront district.

About the Course
This is the third installment in the "Find Your Favorite Wine" series. The approximately 75-minute session is designed to be accessible to beginners and can easily be attended as an after-work evening activity. Participants will taste four types of rosé and orange wines — including an original red wine from f winery — while the sommelier explains the characteristics of each in plain terms.
The course covers how to choose wines without hesitation at shops or restaurants, and how to find a personal "favorite" among rosé and orange wines. Pairing knowledge is also introduced, using "Green Beans" snacks (provided by Kasugai Seika) to demonstrate how food and wine interact.
The second half of the session includes informal networking time among wine enthusiasts.

Attendees can expect to come away with:
- The ability to talk with sommeliers and choose wines with confidence at shops and restaurants
- Conversation topics for socializing with overseas visitors or fellow wine lovers
- Ideas for incorporating wine into everyday meals and weekends

Instructor: Sommelier Tamao Nakamura

The course is led by Tamao Nakamura (J.S.A.-certified sommelier), a member of f winery. After years in product development and management roles at Felissimo, Nakamura joined the launch of f winery — an urban micro-winery established within Felissimo's Stage Felissimo building in Kobe's Shinko-cho waterfront area. The winery earned its fruit wine production license in June 2021. Nakamura handles wine event planning, in-store explanations, and the winery's sales content, while pursuing innovative approaches to winemaking and wine culture.
About f winery

Located inside Stage Felissimo in Kobe's Shinko-cho waterfront district, f winery is an urban winery that began wine production in June 2021. The facility sources quality grapes from various regions without being bound to a specific terroir or climate, allowing for flexible and creative winemaking. The brewery is equipped with seven stainless steel tanks (Slovenian-made) and two resin tanks, with a maximum annual production capacity of approximately 30,000 standard 750ml bottles. The glassed-off brewing area can be viewed from the café and bar (Stand) area, where visitors can enjoy tastings and light food. Non-alcoholic and café-style beverages are also on the menu.
