Twelve restaurants and shops in Toranomon Alcea Tower (虎ノ門アルセアタワー) will take part in "Toranomon Hills Bar Hopping - Drink, Eat and Tour the Gourmet Spots -" for 11 days, from Monday, November 2 to Thursday, November 12, 2026. The event name is read "バルホッピング" in Japanese.
The event is held at Toranomon Hills, operated by Mori Building Co., Ltd. Toranomon Hills Bar Hopping lets visitors casually enjoy dishes from hard-to-book restaurants and newly opened shops that are making news, starting from ¥1,000. Many "Hopping Sets" pair popular food or sweets with a drink at prices lower than usual. In this fifth edition, a record 92 shops take part, and the event grows beyond a single facility into a town-wide event involving the entire Toranomon area.
A "Fried Potato Grand Prix" is being held for the first time alongside the event. Each shop presents its own original fried potatoes, and customers vote to decide the No. 1. From Toranomon Alcea Tower, the beer restaurant "WCB The Room" takes part. It offers a set combining potatoes and a drink developed for this event, available only during the event. Customers who have eaten vote at the venue to decide the grand prix winner.
There is also a prize draw open to those who visit 3 shops, along with perks from sponsoring companies.
From Toranomon Alcea Tower, 11 shops in the TORANOMON MARCHÉ commercial facility and "WCB The Room", the directly operated shop of the Shizuoka-born craft beer brand "West Coast Brewing", take part. A wide range of set menus that make use of each shop's character is offered, from snacks to enjoy with drinks and each shop's signature dishes to sweets, so visitors can hop from shop to shop and choose what suits their mood.

Fried Potato Grand Prix: Shops Develop Potatoes for the Event
During Toranomon Hills Bar Hopping, the "Fried Potato Grand Prix" is held for the first time as a companion event. A total of 14 shops have developed menus for this event around the theme of "fried potatoes that make the most of each shop's strengths and character". Customers who dine at the shops vote at the venue to decide the No. 1. The fried potatoes that win the "Grand Prix" are planned to remain on sale after the event ends, so that more customers can enjoy them.
In addition, Frites Bruges (フリッツ・ブルージュ), a specialty shop for authentic Belgian-style fried potatoes (frites), opens its first pop-up shop alongside this event. The shop's owner chef is Potato-man Yamashita (ポテトマン山下), who is active in the media as Japan's only fried potato ambassador.

Frites Bruges (フリッツ・ブルージュ) Opens as a Pop-Up
Frites Bruges makes authentic Belgian frites by hand-cutting carefully selected domestic potatoes and frying them twice, at a low and then a high temperature. The popular Asakusa shop, which always has a line, makes its first pop-up appearance.
For this pop-up, a limited menu of pairings with alcohol that bring out the appeal of Belgian frites is offered. A collaboration menu with "FRESH CHEESE STUDIO", a cheese brand that uses fresh milk from Tokachi, Hokkaido, is also available.
Voting for the "Fried Potato Grand Prix" is not available at the pop-up.
