The popular collaboration between Kobe-based children's brand Familiar and Kobe bakery Maman et Fille (マモン・エ・フィーユ) is returning for its fourth installment. Starting May 15, 2026, the collab items will go on sale at the Familiar Online Shop.
Both companies are rooted in Kobe, and their shared passion for craftsmanship first brought them together in 2023. The lineup has proven popular with each release, and this fourth edition introduces a set pairing a collaboration-exclusive design can of Maman et Fille's signature French biscuit with a matching eco-bag, along with three new biscuit-motif accessories.

French Biscuit with Eco-Bag Set
Price: ¥5,830 (tax included)
This set brings together Maman et Fille's signature French biscuit in a collaboration-exclusive tin and a coordinating eco-bag. The tin design is themed around "Traveling the World," with artwork depicting Familiar's bear character journeying to Mont Saint-Michel in France — an iconic symbol of Maman et Fille.
About the French Biscuit
Every biscuit is made by hand, one by one, following a traditional French recipe. The ingredients are kept simple: high-quality cultured butter, premium flour, eggs, and sugar. That simplicity is what makes each element stand out — the rich aroma of cultured butter, fresh eggs, and the full flavor of the flour.
- Best-before date: 30 days from the date of manufacture
- Allergens: Wheat, eggs, dairy
The manufacturing facility also produces items containing walnuts, almonds, oranges, sesame, soybeans, bananas, macadamia nuts, apples, gelatin, and pistachios.
About the Eco-Bag
The eco-bag is a mini size featuring motifs of two types of biscuits — "French" and "Citron" — along with the bear and poodle characters that also appear on the tin. The wide gusset makes it practical for carrying the biscuit can as well as bento boxes and everyday items.

Sales will take place every Friday morning starting May 15, 2026. Below is the full schedule:

- July: 3 (Fri), 10 (Fri), 17 (Fri) from 10:00 AM

- September: 4 (Fri), 11 (Fri), 18 (Fri), 26 (Sat) from 10:00 AM
On the first day of each sale, purchases are limited to one per order.
The French Biscuit with Eco-Bag Set is also planned to go on sale at the Maman et Fille official online shop in autumn 2026. Details will be announced on the Familiar official website at a later date.
Because every biscuit is handcrafted, production quantities are limited.
Biscuit-Motif Accessories
Three new accessories inspired by the French biscuit are also joining the lineup:
- Pouch — ¥13,200 (tax included): The same size as the biscuit tin, this pouch features a life-size French biscuit charm — a detail that's only possible through a collaboration like this.
- Charm — ¥5,500 (tax included): Features artwork of the bear and poodle characters enjoying a French biscuit.
- Towel Handkerchief — ¥2,750 (tax included): Also adorned with the bear and poodle biscuit-eating motif.

On May 15 (Friday), purchases are limited to one of each item per order. If stock remains, the limit will be lifted from 10:00 AM on May 16 (Saturday). If stock remains, in-store pickup (omni-service) will also be available from 10:00 AM on May 19 (Tuesday).
