The Foot Bath Train features two hinoki (Japanese cypress) wood foot bath kits (4 people each) installed in Car 2 of the Tsudoi tourist train, allowing passengers to experience foot baths while traveling.

The foot baths use authentic hot spring water sourced from Komono Onsen, collected on the day of operation by Komono Town staff.
