Running from June 4, 2026 through early September, the new menu features bright, tropical flavors perfect for the warmer months.
Mango Asian Pancake Plate

Fluffy pancakes are layered with generous toppings of mango and banana, with vivid pink Pitaya (Red Dragon Fruit) adding a striking pop of color to the plate. The pitaya used is Fruta Fruta's quick-frozen, fully ripened variety, whose signature pink hue comes from betacyanin — a type of polyphenol. It offers a juicy texture and a gently sweet flavor.
