Shiroi Kumo Kita-Senri Launches New Kajitsu Mitsu-Gori Fruit Nectar Shaved Ice Series in Osaka

This summer, Shiroi Kumo Kita-Senri — a shaved ice specialty shop in Suita, Osaka, operated by LIFE style Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Osaka's Kita Ward) — has started selling a new Kajitsu Mitsu-Gori (fruit nectar shaved ice) series that lets the natural deliciousness of fresh fruit shine through.

Each bowl combines Jun-gori, a clear, beautifully transparent pure ice that melts smoothly the moment it touches your mouth, with Kajitsu Mitsu, a fruit nectar that locks in the true flavor of the fruit itself — a special shaved ice available only this summer.

The fruit nectar is carefully made using a method that draws out each fruit's natural flavor to the fullest, preserving its natural sweetness and aroma. By fine-tuning the heating time and sugar content for each fruit, the shop pursues the ideal thick texture and flavor for pouring over shaved ice.
