Candy Maker Collaboration Creates Unique Family Entertainment
Located just a 5-minute walk from JR Keiyo Line's Minami-Funabashi Station, FUN VILLAGE in TOKYO-BAY marks the first collaboration between a major confectionery manufacturer and a family indoor park in Japan. The facility shares the same floor with GiGO's amusement arcade, GiGO LaLaport TOKYO-BAY.
The park centers around Sakuma Seika's iconic "Ichigo Miruku" (Strawberry Milk) candy. Visitors can experience the candy-making process through themed play equipment including ball pools, air play structures, and mini bouldering walls. After exploring the candy-themed attractions, guests can visit the retail corner featuring candy all-you-can-stuff activities, Sakuma Seika candy product sales, cotton candy vending machines, and candy-themed workshops at the "Candy Lab."
Sakuma Seika's products, including "Ichigo Miruku" and "Sakuma Drops," are long-selling items beloved across generations since their release. The retro-cute park atmosphere filled with nostalgic candy imagery appeals not only to children but also to Generation Z, parents, and grandparents alike.
