A new Gashapon Bandai Official Shop is opening inside the Zaza Chuokan shopping complex in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture on Friday, August 21, 2026. Operated through a collaboration between Bandai Namco Experience and Bandai Namco Amusement, the store specializes in Bandai's original capsule toy brand "Gashapon" and features 280 capsule machine slots all under one roof.

2. Some Items Available for Purchase Online — Pick Up In Store
Some products can be purchased through the official online store "Gashapon Bandai Official Shop Online," operated by Bandai Namco Amusement, and picked up at the counters of participating stores.
In-store pickup for online orders is currently being prepared and is not yet available at launch.
3. A Gashapon Experience Unique to the Official Shop
The store features the "Gashapoint Station" empty capsule collection box (pictured), where visitors can experience the signature handle-turning action — "turn it with a gasha, a pon pops out" — that gave Gashapon its name, along with showcases displaying featured products. The shop also plans purchase campaigns and customer participation events, offering the kind of entertainment-filled service unique to the Bandai Namco Group.
