Godzilla Expo: The Minus World at Daimaru Tokyo Shows Over 50 Behind-the-Scenes Items From November 6

Daimaru Tokyo will hold "Godzilla Expo: The Minus World" in its 11th-floor event space from Friday, November 6 to Tuesday, November 17, 2026. The special exhibition looks behind the scenes of the production of Godzilla Minus One and the latest film, Godzilla Minus Zero.

More than 50 items will be on display, including production-process materials such as scripts, storyboards, and design drawings, as well as set pieces and props used in filming and VFX making-of materials. The exhibition traces the ideas that went into the films, the creators' meticulous techniques, and the little-known trial and error from concept through shooting and visual effects to completion.

A statue of Godzilla Minus Zero standing over 2 meters tall and promotional poster visuals used in Japan and overseas will also appear. Visitors can see the behind-the-scenes side of filmmaking that cannot be seen in the films alone. A variety of special merchandise made to commemorate the exhibition will be available as well.
