Limited-Edition "Enjoy Hanno!" Moominvalley Park Outing Pass (Digital) Goes on Sale This Summer

A limited-edition digital travel ticket called the "Enjoy Hanno! Moominvalley Park Outing Pass (Digital)" goes on sale from May 18, 2026, valid for use between May 23 and August 31, 2026. The pass was developed through a partnership between Hanno City, Moomin Monogatari Co., Ltd., and Seibu Railway Co., Ltd., with the goal of promoting tourism and local activity in Hanno City, Saitama.

Timed to coincide with the Midsummer Festival at Moominvalley Park and metsä Village, the pass carries the same content and pricing as the existing "Moominvalley Park Outing Pass (Digital)," with two added bonuses: an "Enjoy Hanno! Coupon" worth ¥1,000 redeemable at participating stores in Hanno City, and a limited-edition Midsummer Festival-design Moominvalley Park Original Sticker.

About the Pass

Sale Period: May 18, 2026 (Monday) to August 31, 2026 (Monday)

Sales may end before the closing date if the project's available budget is exhausted.

When You Can Buy: From one month before your chosen start date up to and including the start date itself (from 10:00 AM on May 18).

Usage Period: May 23, 2026 (Saturday) to August 31, 2026 (Monday)

Where to Buy: EMot Online Ticket

Validity: Valid on the chosen start date only

Contents:

  1. Unlimited rides on all Seibu Lines (excluding the Tamagawa Line) for one day
  2. Round-trip bus ticket between Hanno Station North Exit and metsä (Eagle Bus, Kokusai Kogyo Bus, or Seibu Bus)
  3. Moominvalley Park 1-Day Pass
  4. "Enjoy Hanno! Coupon" (worth ¥1,000) redeemable at participating member stores in Hanno City
    • When using the coupon, a Moominvalley Park Original Sticker will be provided on the spot.
    • A list of participating stores will be posted on the Oku Musashi Hanno Tourism Association website: https://hanno-tourism.jp/

  • Adults: ¥4,600
  • Junior/Senior High School Students: ¥2,400
  • Elementary School Students: ¥1,500

Note: Moominvalley Park applies a "children's rate" for visitors aged 4 through high school. If a child aged 4 to pre-elementary school is in your party, please purchase a separate Moominvalley Park 1-Day Pass for them.

Things to Note:

  • Travel beyond the valid zone will require an additional fare payment.
  • Extra charges apply when boarding limited express trains or reserved-seat trains.
  • The sale of this pass may be suspended or changed without prior notice depending on circumstances.
  • During the period this pass is on sale, the standard "Moominvalley Park Outing Pass (Digital)" — including advance sales — will be suspended.

How to Purchase:

  1. Access the purchase page via one of the following:
  2. Enter your preferred ticket type, travel start date, payment method, and other required details to complete your purchase.
    • Pass details will be added to the site on May 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
    • This ticket is not available at station windows or from train crew.
    • This is a smartphone-only ticket; it cannot be accessed from a PC or tablet. (It also cannot be purchased via the EMot app.)
    • Accepted payment methods are credit card and PayPay only; IC cards and other payment methods are not supported.

How to Use:

  1. Purchase the digital pass online.
  2. At Seibu Line stations: hold your smartphone up to the QR reader at the automatic ticket gate, or show the QR code to station staff.
  3. For the bus between Hanno Station North Exit and metsä: select either the outbound or return trip, then show the screen to bus staff when alighting.
  4. At Moominvalley Park: select the 1-Day Pass option and follow the instructions of park staff.
  5. For the "Enjoy Hanno! Coupon": show the coupon at a participating store and follow staff instructions. Upon using it, a Moominvalley Park Original Sticker will be provided on the spot.
