A limited-edition digital travel ticket, the "Enjoy Hanno! Moominvalley Park Outing Pass (Digital)," goes on sale on Monday, October 26, 2026, and can be used from Saturday, October 31, 2026 to Tuesday, March 16, 2027. The pass is part of the efforts of the "Hanno: The Town Where You Can Meet the Moomins" (ムーミンに会えるまち、はんのう) Project Promotion Council, which was formed by Hanno City, Moomin Monogatari Co., Ltd., and Seibu Railway Co., Ltd., together with the Oku Musashi Hanno Tourism Association and the Hanno Chamber of Commerce and Industry, under a basic agreement on cooperation for regional revitalization.
The pass aims to advance the city promotion of Hanno as a town where you can meet the Moomins, and to support regional revitalization through a livelier city center, tourism promotion, and more movement around the city.
Timed to coincide with the seasonal events starting at Moominvalley Park (ムーミンバレーパーク) and metsä Village, the pass carries the same content and price as the existing "Moominvalley Park Outing Pass (Digital)." It adds an "Enjoy Hanno! Coupon" worth ¥1,000, usable at participating stores in Hanno City, and a Moominvalley Park Original Clip.

About the Pass

- Unlimited rides on all Seibu Lines (excluding the Tamagawa Line) for one day
- Round-trip bus ticket between Hanno Station North Exit and metsä (Eagle Bus, Kokusai Kogyo Bus, or Seibu Bus)
- Moominvalley Park 1-Day Pass
- "Enjoy Hanno! Coupon" (worth ¥1,000) redeemable at participating member stores in Hanno City
- When using the coupon, a Moominvalley Park Original Clip will be provided on the spot.

- The coupon can be used at the stores in Moominvalley Park and metsä Village only between December 31, 2026 (Thursday) and January 4, 2027 (Monday).

Note: Moominvalley Park applies a "children's rate" for visitors aged 4 through high school. If a child aged 4 to pre-elementary school is in your party, please purchase a separate Moominvalley Park 1-Day Pass for them.

- Extra charges apply when boarding limited express trains or reserved-seat trains.

- Accepted payment methods are credit card and PayPay only; IC cards and other payment methods are not supported.
How to Use:
- Purchase the digital pass online.
- At Seibu Line stations: hold the QR code shown on the "Tickets in Use" screen up to the QR reader on a QR-code-compatible automatic ticket gate, or show it to station staff.
- For the bus between Hanno Station North Exit and metsä: select either the outbound or return trip on the bus ticket, then show the animation displayed on the screen to the driver when getting off.
- At Moominvalley Park: select the Moominvalley Park 1-Day Pass and follow the instructions of park staff.
- For the "Enjoy Hanno! Coupon": follow the instructions of the staff at the participating store where you use it. Upon using the coupon, a Moominvalley Park Original Clip will be provided on the spot.
