Melting Pot Harapecolab Co., Ltd. (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; hereafter Harapecolab), a creative brand that develops products connecting food and art under the concept of "Playing with Art and Food," resumes seasonal sales of its popular moon-mineral-inspired confection Tsuki no Kobutsu Okashi (Moon Mineral Sweets) through its official online store starting Thursday, September 17, 2026. Since its debut in January 2026, Tsuki no Kobutsu Okashi has been a popular series that sold over 400 boxes in just one day after launch. Born from the idea of what kind of minerals one might find after traveling to the moon, the confection combines chocolate resembling moonstones with kohakuto (amber sugar candy) shaped like minerals, creating a treat meant to be enjoyed as if excavating minerals. Because the product contains chocolate, sales pause during the hotter summer months. With the arrival of cooler weather, sales resume for the season as a fall and winter limited-edition item. The moon-inspired world of the confection is a fitting companion for teatime during the moon-viewing season or on long autumn evenings, and it also makes for a seasonal gift.
Excavate Minerals from Stone Chocolate!? Tsuki no Kobutsu Okashi
What kind of minerals would you encounter if you traveled to the moon? Tsuki no Kobutsu Okashi was born from that imagining.
Chocolates with the pebble-like texture of moonstones are packed into a small box together with kohakuto "Kobutsu Okashi," hand-cut piece by piece by artisans with small knives. Opening the box and searching for the colorful Kobutsu Okashi among the moonstone-like chocolates feels like excavating minerals on the surface of the moon. Beyond simply tasting the treat, the translucent colors and each piece's distinct shape turn it into "edible art" to be searched for, discovered, and enjoyed.

Packaging Inspired by the Moon and Space
The packaging features an illustration of a girl looking up at the night sky to observe the stars. It is designed with a charming world that also evokes romance for the moon, space, and minerals. It is recommended not only as a treat for yourself, but also as a gift for those who love space and minerals, or as a gift for the moon-viewing season.

An Easy-to-Share Small Bag Version Is Also Available
A version with the pebble-like chocolate and Kobutsu Okashi packed into a small bag is also available.
Containing stone chocolate and 5 pieces of kohakuto, it is a size that is easy to choose for a small present or a gift to bring along.
