This is the third release in Hattendo's "Chilled Melting Cream Bread" series featuring strawberry flavor, which emphasizes regional ingredients and seasonality. This year, the product is part of FamilyMart's "White-Coated Strawberry Hunting®" campaign, featuring Hattendo's first-ever white bread dough.
The cream bread is filled with two layers: smooth, melting special milk cream and jam made with Fukuoka-grown Amaou strawberries, creating a taste reminiscent of shortcake.
