Tokyo Midtown Hibiya (Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku; operated by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.) is hosting "HIBIYA MID SUMMER 2026" from Friday, June 26 to Sunday, August 23, 2026. Centered around Hibiya Step Square, the event brings together food, music, and experiences under the theme of "How to Enjoy Summer in the City."
As the main attraction, a limited-time cafe stand themed around Disney & Pixar's latest film, Toy Story 5 (scheduled for release on July 3, 2026), will appear at Hibiya Step Square via OH MY CAFE. The stand offers original menus inspired by the film's characters, with special food and drinks that let visitors enjoy the world of the movie.
In addition, an outdoor diner called "HIBIYA SUMMER DINER" will set up approximately 100 seats at Hibiya Step Square. Guests can enjoy drinks and food with friends and family in the shade while experiencing live music performances — an entertainment-filled summer evening unique to Hibiya.
This summer, Mitsui Fudosan Group is also hosting summer events at four facilities in Tokyo (Tokyo Midtown, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, and the Nihonbashi area), each offering its own distinctive summer experience.

Limited-Time "Toy Story 5" Cafe Stand
A limited-time cafe stand featuring original menus inspired by the characters from Disney & Pixar's Toy Story 5 opens on Friday, June 26. The stand will serve menus from the Toy Story 5 OH MY CAFE (opening July 3) in a special cafe stand format. The drinks, sweets, and food on offer comply with Disney's nutritional guidelines, featuring low-sodium and low-sugar, body-friendly recipes.
The venue will also feature photo spots, table wrapping, and background music to create an immersive atmosphere. Whether before or after watching the film, guests can enjoy a special time in the world of Toy Story 5 at Hibiya.

HIBIYA SUMMER DINER — Outdoor Dining with Food and Entertainment
An outdoor diner with approximately 100 seats will appear right in the heart of the city at Hibiya Step Square.
The event features a "Taco Booth" serving homemade corn tortillas prepared fresh in front of guests, delivering an unmatched live-cooking experience, and a "Premium Sandwich Booth" spotlighting rich, housemade smoked pastrami seasoned with bold spices. Drinks include draft beer and highballs, plus a range of original options available only here — visually striking frozen cocktails and specialty spice cocktails that complement the food.
During the event period, live music under "HIBIYA MUSIC LIVE" will also take place. Enjoy a summer evening in the city with friends and family in this entertainment-rich space unique to Hibiya.
